With the development of the transportation, more and more highway was built. However, solid wastes generated by highway building were discarded optionally, and the reasonable useof it was ignored, it induced increasing impact on the environment. This paper mainly paidattention to the Bao-Han highway, the comparison and discussion were done in order tochoose a economic and efficient process to treat life waste. Using the wastes as temporaryfield and fertilizer in interchange, ecological recovery and so on. By the investigation of solidwastes treatment and deposition in the Bao-Han highway construction, drawing up the ‘guideof solid wastes treatment and deposition in the Bao-Han highway construction’ to conduct theenvironment protect working in highway construction. The study investigated the impact of compost on plant growing. The results showed thatthe percentage germination of clover which fertilized D, E was higher than A, B, C whichhadn’t been fertilized, it suggest that fertilizing can improve the percentage germination ofclover; it found that the fertilizer (NH4)2HPO4and KH2PO4can prompt the percentagegermination of clover by the C was higher than B, E was more than B reflected that increasingthe amount of fertilizer reasonably can enhance the percentage germination of clover. Inaddition, A, B, C trend to coincident because of all of them no fertilizing, which were worsethan D and E.The study investigated that the impacts of wastes on the soil, the results show that theorganic matter content in D and E were higher than A, B, C apparently. Compared with A,available Nitrogen, available phosphorous, available potassium in the D and E increased bythe waste fertilizer. The amount of available phosphorous, available potassium in the C weretoo much, it was induced by fertilized the (NH4)2HPO4and KH2PO4.This guide included the way of solid wastes treatment and deposition in the Bao-Hanhighway construction, the management of solid wastes treatment and deposition in theBao-Han highway construction, the administrational management of solid wastes treatmentand deposition in the Bao-Han highway construction.
