Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Classification And Treatment Of Urban Domestic Waste In Harbin

It is very important to carry out research on the problems of household waste classification and countermeasures in Harbin for advocating resource conservation,practicing the New Development Concept,improving people's living conditions and using resources more efficiently.Based on the theory of green development,the theory of public governance and the theory of circular economy,this paper adopts a variety of research methods to study what is the municipal solid waste and its classification treatment,municipal solid waste production quantity,classification treatment capacity and classification situation of Harbin.This study found that Harbin is faced with the problems of residents' lack of enthusiasm to participate in the sorting,mixed collection in classification of collection,insufficient application of specialized vehicles in classification of transport,and the objective problems of formalism in its organization and implementation.Then,suggestions are put forward in this paper: to promote green living habits through systematic publicity,to improve policies and regulations to ensure the implementation of household waste classification,to optimize the governance mechanism to promote the improvement of overall service capacity,to give play to the industry's intensive effect through the industrialization of classified treatment.Finally,it is concluded that MSW classification and treatment in Harbin begins to show a positive trend and can be improved continuously by taking necessary measures.
