Sunlite hollow warm fiber is a kind of polyester fiber of high hollowness structure, which contains a mass of static air.And the fabric made from sunlite hollow warm fibers improves warmness of the fabric and makes the fabric lighter and thinner. That completely accords with the current garment concept that people advocate comfortable, lightening and thinning.This project uses1.5D,38mm hollow warm staple and19.68tex (30s) hollow warm yarn produced by HaiTian Textile Company as raw material. Started from studying the basic performance of sunlite hollow fiber and yarn, those performances on cross-section shape, structure and strength of sunlite hollow warm fiber and mechanical property, moisture content, twist, fineness, etc.of sunlite hollow yarn are systematically studied and analyzed.Based on each performance of sunlite hollow warm fiber and yarn, five kinds of sunlite hollow warm fabrics are manufactured on STOLL CMS530HP computer flat knitting machine, and grammage, thickness and density of the manufactured fabric are tested.Disperse dye is used and high temperature and high pressure dyeing method is chosed to dye sunlite hollow warm knitted fabrics, the combining method of single factor and orthogonal test analysis is applyied and the optimal dyeing process obtained is:disperse dye2%(o.w.f), auxiliary2g/L, dyeing temperature130℃, dyeing time60min, liquor ratio1:20, pH value4-5. The dyeing effect is evaluated, the result shows that the dyeing effect can meet the dyeing requirement of kintted fabric. Organosilicone pillingresistance finishing agent is used and dipping method is chosed to finish sunlite hollow warm knitted fabric, the combining method of single factor and orthogonal test analysis is applied and the optimal finishing process obtainded is:pillingresistance finishing agent4%(o.w.f), dipping temperature65℃, dipping time60min, dry tempertuare90℃, liquor ratio1:20, pH value6-7. The surface shape of fibers and yarns of the finished fabric are observed by electron microscope, and the result shows that the fiber surface is encased by the membrane, and fibers in yarn are bonded each other.Durabilities, comfortablenesses, dimensional stabilities of the five kinds of dyed and finished sunlite hollow warm knitted fabrics are tested, and the result shows that durabilities is good, heat retaining property is very good, other comfortablenesses can meet the request, and the pillingresistance performance of the fabric finished by pillingresistance finishing agent is improved. Besides, the heat retaining property, air-permeability, moisture-penetrability, drapability, rigid flexibility, creasing property are used as weight, the wearability of the sunlite hollow warm knitted fabric is evaluated with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach, and the optimal wearability knitted fabric is obtained.
