Coal spontaneous combustion is one of the five disasters in coal mine, which threats thesafety production of coal mine seriously. Fire prevention and extinguishing work faces manyproblems in the integration mine which mining coal seams with spontaneous combustion.Nanyangpo mine is an integration mine. The4101work face is being mined by using thecomprehensive top coal caving mining technology firstly after technical reforming. Throughthermal analysis, it is shown that4-1coal seam has the tendency of spontaneous combustion fromthe ignition activation energy. The spontaneous combustion risk mainly concentrated in4101working face. In light of4101working face, comprehensive fire prevention scheme of nitrogeninjection, grouting, spraying inhibitor is made. Through the experiment research on the effect ofPDF inhibitors to coal samples of4101working face, the optimum inhibitor concentration ofinhibitors is determined. The yellow pulp parameters are tested by experimental method, and thebest soil water mud pulping is determined. The golf "three belts" is simulated by using the Fluentnumerical simulation software, the scope of "three belts" and reasonable nitrogen injection stepare determined. It can be used to Guide the safety mining of spontaneous combustion coal seamin integration mine.
