Research Of The Green Development Strategy For Zheiiang Yongnong Chemical Ltd Based On The Cleaner Production And Waste Treatment

As one of the typical industry with heavy pollution, pesticide manufacturers have great threat on the health of local residents and safety of eco-system. The cleaner production was first put forward by scholars in developed countries in the late1980s, which became the turning point that environmental strategy took positive actions to control environmental pollution rather than responded to it negatively. Implementing the cleaner production is the only sustainable way for green enterprises. By taking Zhejiang Yongnong Chem. Ind. Co., Ltd for example, this paper mainly does research on the following fields.Firstly, based on the current situation of waste emission and pollution regulation, the sources of three wastes, methods to deal with them, and the emission load of pollution were analyzed, and existing problems concerned with cleaner production and environmental protection were also revealed.Secondly, take the cleaner production and three waste disposals as the main task, this study points out the measurement of cleaner production focusing on improving the paraquat and ammoniacal cyanide process. Meanwhile, it also demonstrates the optimum treatment efficiency of sewage station and Strengthening the management of exhauste gas disposal unit. Overall, this study tries to provide some references for green and sustainable development of pesticide production enterprises in our country.
