Research On Application Of Cleaner Production Management In B Chemical Enterprises

With the rapid development of economy,facing the increasingly serious environmental problems such as serious pollution,resource depletion,ecological environment deterioration,human beings have realized the importance of pollution control and environmental protection.Through a large number of exploration and practice of environmental protection,cleaner production management,which can solve environmental pollution and environmental degradation from the source,has gradually been recognized and widely promoted.As one of the basic industries in China,the chemical industry has the characteristics of many pollutants and large consumption.This rough business model not only causes a lot of waste of raw materials and energy,but also hinders the development of the chemical industry itself.At the same time,it also seriously endangers the environment of human life.Therefore,with the wide application of cleaner production management in the world,China's chemical industry also needs to actively carry out cleaner production management activities to contribute to the good ecological environment of mankind.This research applies the theory of cleaner production management to the chemical industry.Based on the current situation of B chemical enterprise,aiming at some problems found in the cleaner production management of B chemical enterprise,it studies the following contents:(1)introduces the basic knowledge of cleaner production and audit,as well as the cleaner production status of the whole chemical industry;(2)Analyzed the status quo of clean production management of B chemical enterprises,first introduced the basic situation of B chemical enterprises,including the company profile,main products and technical processes,production equipment,and then the status of clean production management of the company,Material consumption,energy consumption,sewage production,environmental management were analyzed,and based on the analysis results,the problems of B chemical enterprises in the process of cleaner production management were raised;Then,according to the problems existing in the enterprise's cleaner production,a cleaner production plan was formulated.Detailed analysis and explanations were carried out from the preparation of the plan,the pre-audit and review of the plan,the generation and screening of the plan,and the feasibility analysis of the key plan.24 executable cleaner production programs were obtained.(3)applying cleaner production schemes to the actual process,and summarizing the cleaner production effect produced by the schemes by tracking the implementation of cleaner production schemes Some suggestions are put forward for B chemical enterprise to carry out continuous clean production in terms of publicity,education,system improvement,resource recycling and planning.Through this cleaner production management activity,a total of 24 cleaner production schemes were screened and summarized,including 18 feasible schemes without / with low cost,with an investment of about 125 thousand yuan,6 feasible schemes with medium / high cost,with an investment of about 1.38 million yuan,with a total investment of 1.55 million yuan.After the implementation of all these schemes,the cleaner production work has achieved more than expected results,not only achieving the cleaner production goal,achieving the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction,but also having a profound impact on the ideological understanding of employees and the system construction of the enterprise,achieving the unity of economic and environmental benefits,and laying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the enterprise.
