In the face of increasingly scarce energy, energy conservation has become a focus of concern. The insulating glass is widely used in the construction industry in energy saving and environmental, and significantly reduces the consumption of building materials, so insulating glass developed rapidly. Automatic coating machine as one of the important equipment in the insulating glass production line, therefore, it is necessary to research and development the automatic coating machine, and will directly promote the development of China’s glass machinery. The most important of question automatic coating machine is how to achieve the ratio of colloids and colloidal traffic control, So it has a very important significance.The subject first designed the mechanical structure of the hydraulic proportioning system, second designed the electro-hydraulic proportional pressure control loop, and established a mathematical model of the hydraulic control system, and the system transfer function is established. The transfer function is simulated in MATLAB and Created by simulation shows that the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system to meet the technological requirements of the automatic coating machine. And determine the factors that affect the flow in the coating machine in the gluing process:the gluing depth.How to achieve the precise control of the flow of hollow glass quality is good or bad plays a key role in the process of automatic coating machine. How to get the working pressure of the hydraulic cylinder and colloidal between the flow characteristic curve (in the paper can be referred to as the pressure-flow rate characteristic curve), the theoretical basis for precise flow control, also to solve the core problem of this subject. In order to get the pressure flow characteristic curve, the subject to use Solidworks modeling colloidal pipeline, and using FLUENT software to simulate the flow characteristics of the colloid in the pipeline, by theoretical calculations and numerical simulation results comparison, the numerical simulation is feasible, and draw the pressuie flow characteristic curve of automatic coating machine.Finally, the pressure flow characteristic curve and glue combination of depth, the precise control of the flow of the coating machine when it works.
