Research And Implementation Of The Information System About ShouGang BF Production Process

Based on production process of Shougang1#blast furnace, this paper introduce the hardware structures and the software development of the blast furnace process information system, it also describes the designing ideas,development theory, application in the production and the features of information system in detail.The process flow and the characteristics of the blast furnace are analyzed in the paper. According to control theory, the basic control idea of the blast furnace is expounded, at last a two-stage Blast Furnace Control Mode is formed which is composed of a blast furnace basic automation system and a blast furnace production process information system.The paper discusses the designing of the blast furnace’s local area network, and determines the network structure and the system topology; the system’s communication protocol is selected after the comparison of the different communication protocols; through the development of the system function,centralized monitoring and information management of Shougang blast furnace process information are implemented; With the combination of Shougang ERP systems, it provides amount of basic energy data for the Shougang ERP systems. This paper mainly describes the functions, developments and applications of network’s building, data acquisition, data storage, data statistics, dynamic display, production report, etc, in the Shougang blast furnace process information management system.The information system of blast furnace production process has been linked closely with the blast furnace production, it not only operates as a decision-making system of blast furnace production,but also realizes the resource sharing of blast furnace production, eventually, it builds a platform on witch experience about production resources is generalize and production conditions are compared. According to the data of the blast furnace production provided by production information system, the blast furnace foreman can determine the state of blast furnace production, and carry out the related operation; through the process information system of the blast furnace,the production dispatchers and leaders at all levels are able to grasp the production conditions and conduct production process more effectively; technicians can take advantage of the information system to analysis the whole process data of the blast furnace and compare the manipulation with other furnaces.
