Steel has become a pillar industry of China,with China's economic development,quality and efficiency of our steel put forward higher requirements.Wherein the ingredients together as iron production process is both complex there is critical.Previously,blast furnace uses artificial ingredients,namely the operator will turn into various raw materials weighed on the scales,then successively added to the mixer for mixing,such that sufficient mixing of various raw materials.Therefore,the relationship between the weight and the ratio of raw material is consistent with a variety of pre-set value depends on the basic technique and sense of responsibility of the staff.This not only directly affect the quality of iron,but also affects the cost of sinter,and the efficiency is extremely low,can not meet the needs of modern society steelmaking.So with the rapid development of industry,professional automatic batching control system is particularly urgent.This article describes the kind of blast furnace control system design.In the blast furnace of a steel-field background as the basis,in the design of the system,mainly in the business of engineering and production requirements,combined with domestic and foreign advanced technology and modern blast furnace control,get more optimal control system solutions.Blast furnace automatic control system of this paper,using DCS(Distributed Control System,DCS),DCS is a process by the process control level and composition of the monitoring level communications network as a link to a multi-level computer systems,integrated computer,communication,display 4C and control technology,the basic idea is decentralized control,centralized operation,hierarchical management,configuration flexibility and easy configuration.It is the computer as the core,computer,industrial control,data and communications systems,the display device and the operating unit,input and output channels organically combine to achieve both functional and geographic dispersion of control,but also to high-speed data The information for each channel dispersion point of centralized monitoring and operation and implement advanced control of complex laws.The basic controller system is used in accordance with the control task we chose a programmable logic controller(PLC),and using the configuration software to achieve production monitoring.With the Siemens PLC S7-300 and the corresponding programming software Step7 that helps in control software programming,the blast furnace feeding control system meets the requirements of automatic material proportioning,weighing,loading and distribution,and the requirements of the interlocking and sequence control.And we use WinCC,which is also a product from Siemens,to configure the blast furnace feeding system,and design various visual HMI with Windows features,with which we can realize the supervising and controlling,dynamic simulation,real-time date-logging,record checking,alarming of the production process.The control system overcomes many inadequate of the traditional relay control system,and accesses a more accurate contol,higher efficiency,better reliability,lower failure rate.There the blast furnace production level of technology and economic indicators are substantially raised.
