This paper takes the medium and heavy plate 3# blast furnace project as the research object.Tangshan Iron and Steel Automation Co.,Ltd.has contracted all the operation and maintenance,automation program debugging,control system development and upper and lower machine programming of the project,and may encounter this project.The problem and the problems encountered are studied,so that the developed power equipment automation control system can fully meet the needs of the 3# blast furnace production.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1)The process flow of medium and heavy plate 3# blast furnace was first studied.Secondly,the power equipment system matched with 3# blast furnace was introduced,and the main technical indexes of three power equipment were given.2)The human-computer interaction interface,combustion control algorithm,steam pressure control,software and hardware components of 150t/h high temperature and high pressure combustion boiler are analyzed,and the realization of automation control of each link is expounded.Some human-computer interaction interfaces are given,and the results of the automatic control system are demonstrated by comparing with the historical data of the 3# blast furnace gas boiler.3)The DEH automation control system was installed during the automation control development of the 250 MW steam turbine.The ATC implementation is mainly studied,and the rotor stress control and program control range are described.The first-stage metal mismatch temperature of the high-pressure cylinder was calculated,and the 250 MW steam turbine automation control was finally realized.4)This part is the automation control development of AV63 blower.It adopts advanced control ideas and technology to realize the fault analysis,working condition monitoring and anti-surge automatic adjustment of the blower.The operation effect of the blower automatic control unit is expounded.Figure 32;Table 9;Reference 55.
