| With the rapid development of network technology and the increasingly fierce market competition, Networked manufacture is an important component part for realized industry informatization. The agility, distribute, dynamic and cooperation has brought it to the attention of the members from advanced manufacture. The basic technology for advanced manufacture-NC machining is important instrument in networked manufacture.NC machining technology based on networked manufacture is that using network communications technology connects distributed enterprise at different terrain with different design and machining resources for realize sharing resource and integrating information, it completes design and machining at strange land without restriction of space and time, better bring into play preponderant role of soft-hardware resources in the NC machining. The main work of this paper to study high-speed grinder is to study on basal technology for networked CNC grinding, shown as follows:(1)A variety of interactive technology is researched with VRML to be based on understanding of various3D modeling and environment interaction techniques. The3D model of grinder is established by UG after studying and comparing a variety of3D modeling method, and then imported into VRML to carry out its functional simulation.(2)To proudce a kind of method of material removal based VRML, after comparing many VR material removal algorithms, which can be used to achieve the protecting beyond the mark of virtual CNC machine.(3)To proudce a kind of method of collision deteetion to achieve through the Boolean operation based VRML, after comparing many VR collision detection methods, which can be used to achieve the process of workpiece CNC machining simulation.(4)The editor of NC code has been realized by using javascript, after studing the grammar and morphology of NC code, which can be used to achieve realized the function of simulation system by the simulation panel to write, read, translation, error detection and enforcement of NC code.(5)Networked structure of optimizing process parameter is built based on C/S request&response mode. Establishing mathematic model for optimization of grinding process parameter by taking the most productivity (the maximum removal rate per unit time) as the optimizingaim and the face roughness Ra as the constrain condition. Using Java and JavaScript languages develop optimizing process parameter programmer according to the constraints related parameters, abecedarian realize Web-based NC grinding parameter optimization. |
