Its performance directly influences the performance of molybdenum products. Took the problems of molybdenum plate rolling process as foothold and analyzed each factor in the pr-ocess from the aspect of quality analysis and control of rolling. On the basis of the existing rolling process, studied and simulated special-shaped rolling process of Mo plate. Then optim-ized process parameters, which provided reference for enterprises’ actual production.Firstly, briefly described the existing rolling process of molybdenum plate. From aspects of quality analysis and control of rolling and rolling method and blooming deformation, Ana-lyzed and improved existing hot rolling process of molybdenum plates, so as to study deeply special-shaped rolling process of Mo plate. In order to check plastic of molybdenum plates, made a handle hydraulic bending machine.Then, analyzed briefly some common rolls. Placed emphasis on research of scheme that corrugated profile roll rolling molybdenum plates. According to related formulas, deduced rolling pressure formula.After that, put forward the optimization design idea of roll shape. From the aspect of quality analysis and control of rolling, established objective function of integrated circumstance about damage on Mo plates and special-shape roll wear, then designed orthogonal experiment schemes by L9(34), optimized special-shaped rolling process parameters. |
