The grape seed comes from the waste in brewery,besides a grape seed contains12-15%oil and64-74%linoleic acid. Moreover, the oil also contains vitamins A, D, E, K, Pand varied elements. The grape seed oil can prevent thrombosis, dilate blood vessels,remove cholesterol, nutrite brain cells, regulate autonomic function and treat thecardiovascular disease. It can not only prevent disease, but also widely used in health,beauty and cosmetics industry. In other countries, the grape seed oil is a kind of nutrition oilfor infants and the elderly, besides it is senior care oil for high above the ground and flightpersonnel. Therefore, the development and utilization of grape seed oil is a very significantresearch.This study remains wine grape seeds as raw material, through the ordinary grape seedoil press to get primary grape seed oil. Then the orthogonal experiment determines theappropriate conditions for deacidification and degumming. Using the clay in the rightconditions for bleaching, deodorization using steam distillation, the last to be refined grapeseed oil.In this study we got following conclusions:1. The phospholipid content in the crude oil determined according to GB/T5533-2008is0.32%with a little other substances. Through orthogonal experiments, and combined withthe single factor experiments, the best degumming solution was determined: hydrationtemperature of77℃,4times the water of hydration plus phospholipid content of crude oil,and the hydration time of9h.2. According to GB/T5530-2005. Through orthogonal experiments, and combinedwith the single factor experiments, the best deacidification program is determined: alkaliconcentration of18%, the initial temperature of alkali refining of44℃and beyond theamount of alkali of0.3%.3. By comparing the effect of activated carbon and clay. Best bleaching process: Usingtwo bleaching process,the first clay added amount of4%,temperature of90℃,bleachingtime of30min, the second clay added amount of3%, the temperature of85℃, bleachingtime of15min, the vacuum of0.1Mpa. Then deodorization is carried out by steamdistillation. After the grape seed oil refined, the best results are achieved wiht inherent slightly fragrant. The best process of deodorizing is the vacuum of0.08Mpa, the temperatureof180℃, the time of90min.4. The final amount of edible vegetable oil soap determinated is0.008%. At the sametime we determinate the acid value of oil degumming, and it is decreased from the original5.08mgNaOH/g to0.45mgNaOH/g. In accordance with national standards of refined grapeseed oil,the results are obtained as: a variety of physical,chemical and health indicators arebetter than national standard, with higher α-VE than0.4795mg/g, and containing essentialtrace elements K, Zn, Fe, P, Cu, Mn, Mg, etc.. So it has a strong nutritional value.
