Wetland is the important transition zone between aquatic ecosystem and terrestrialecosystem due to the importance and protection of the grim situation, wetland research hasbeen widely appreciated. This text regards the remote sensing and the geographic informationsystem as the main technological means. Unifying the land utilization and the vegetationsituation of the region in Liaoning Province. Selecting21indicators from three respects offunction integrity, ecological characters and social environment and calculating the indicatorweights and fuzzy membership function to build a ecosystem health assessment system of thecoastal wetland in Liaoning Province. Utilizing two fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model toget the scientific evaluation of the coastal wetland ecosystem health in Liaoning ProvinceDandong, Dalian, Yingkou. Through research, the main results show that:(1)Three indexes which on the ecosystem health evaluation criterion layer, ecologicalcharacteristics and social environment have the same weight, it is0.3548, and greater thanfunctional integrated weight is0.2905. On the unifying weight of21indicators, the highestranking for soil characteristics is0.0589, the lowest for the tourism function is0.0379.(2)The wetland function integrity health ranking: Dandong0.2359, Panjin0.2302,Huludao0.1628,Dalian is0.2123,Yingkou is0.1534andJinzhou is0.1273.Ecological characte-rs health ranking:Dandong is0.2900, Panjin is0.2488, Jinzhou is0.2386, Yingkou is0.2309, Huludao is0.2135and Dalian is0.2045. Wetland social environmental health degreefor, Panjin is0.2887, Dandong is0.2769, Yingkou is0.2533, Dalian is0.2677, Jinzhou is0.2408and Huludao is0.2373.(3)The wetland ecosystem health of Dandong is0.2696, Dalian is0.2324, Yingkou is0.2164, Panjin is0.2576, Jinzhou is0.2071and Huludao is0.2040. From under the evaluationresults above, the others five cities wetland ecological system in the overall health status,Huludao is in a bad state, wetland ecological structure is extremely unreasonable, wetlandlandscape fragmentation is serious, system dynamic is extremely low, large wetland which areecological abnormally, wetland ecological system has seriously deteriorated.(4)Finally, in the analysis of wetland ecosystem health in six coastal cities of Liaoningprovince, based on wetland system disease factor and the local reality of the six coastal citiesof Liaoning province, according to population,society,economy, resources and environmentof them, the implementation of design of coastal wetland ecosystem health in a series of programs. Development of wetland restoration project, including strengthening the wetlandconstruction of laws and regulations, the establishment of wetland ecological compensationmechanism and strengthening the wetland ecological control measures, they are used toprovide a scientific basis to area wetland management and protection.
