Quality Management Of AG Bayuquan Sewage Treatment Works

Industrial wastewater treatment facilities that are urban publicinfrastructure projects are usually financed by the Government building.In investment, financing, construction and operation of the drawbacksexposed, reflecting the management system and operation mechanism of themarket economy are not suited. Industrial wastewater treatment facilitiesis difficult to give full play to the effectiveness of direct or indirectthreat to the safety of urban water environment.This study combines the Anshan Iron and Steel Bayuquan sewage treatmentproject of practice, combined with case-study project to explore theindustrial sewage treatment project quality management, in order toprovide a reference for other industrial sewage treatment works projectsof construction and management to ensure the smooth realization of theengineering construction target, make the project after the completionof sewage treatment facilities to operate efficiently, give full play tothe social and environmental benefits.In this paper, a case-study project, research on industrialwastewater treatment project construction quality management methods, sothat the whole process of project construction scientific, rational andeffective management to ensure the sustainability of the construction,shorten the construction period, reduce investment costs.
