Research On Quality Management Of Drainage Renovation Project In Port Area Of Company N

With the rapid development of my country's economy,trade transactions between countries have become more frequent,and the energy situation and environmental problems have become increasingly serious.Water transportation has become one of the important logistics methods in many countries with the advantages of low energy consumption,low cost and large load.As a hub of water and land transportation,the port is self-evident.However,during the construction and operation of the port,it has brought a lot of pollution to the surrounding water environment,resulting in a rapid deterioration of the environmental quality.It is urgent to protect the water environment and control water pollution.Therefore,we must actively take effective measures to ensure the port construction is compatible with economic development and coordinated with environmental protection by strengthening the quality management of sewage treatment projects in the port area.This paper takes the research of the yard drainage reconstruction project in the sewage treatment system of N Company's port area as the object.By reviewing the basic principles,classic theories and methods of project quality management,based on the theory,with the help of the 5W1 H analysis method,PDCA cycle and causality diagram method,analyze the causes of problems in the N company's port yard drainage reconstruction project,and propose an improvement plan.First of all,this paper conducts a detailed analysis and review of the yard drainage renovation project in the sewage treatment system of the N company port area,and finds some problems in the project quality management.Aiming at the problems arising from the construction of the N Company's port yard drainage reconstruction project,combined with the theoretical knowledge of project management,it puts forward a targeted solution to the problem and proposes an improvement plan.Secondly,this paper reviews the classictheories,basic principles and related methods of project quality management.Based on theory,with the help of 5w1 h analysis method,PDCA cycle,and Cause-and-Effect Diagram to summarize and analyze the causes of project quality management problems.Finally,combined with the actual situation of the N company's port yard drainage reconstruction project,through the analysis and discussion of the project's design stage,construction stage,and operation stage,find out the problems encountered during the quality management of the N company's port yard drainage reconstruction project,worked out solutions and rectification measures,and further proposed an improvement plan for the N Company's port yard drainage reconstruction project,which aims to contribute to maintaining the quality of the project and provide a reference for the quality management of other sewage treatment system projects.
