2008China has proposed new guidelines for Atmospheric Environmental Impact Assessment. AERMOD become widely used atmospheric prediction model for EIA worker. According to which the latitude and longitude of the location, climate and weather statistics feature completeness, the new guidelines recommend a model used in China is still in the exploratory stage, the parameters of the model prediction results need more practice and experience. For regional planning, the project involved a wide variety and scattered layout whitch made atmospheric environmental impact assessment difficulty to determine the scope prediction and forecasting model selection.This article aims to study and explore the AERMOD model in regional planning EIA. By the model principle, the model input data and parameters on the predicted results of the impact study and model application test in circular economy industrial park in hexipu learning how to apply the model correctly. The methods of study is literature summary态forecast simulation test and the chemical recycling hexibao economic industrial Park Case Study.First, according to learning and research, Download high-altitude data provided by the website AERMOD predicted results less affected due to inadequate sounding meteorological data, the data is not comprehensive, due to the number of layers is not enough. With the maximum concentration values of the prediction method of analysis and evaluation of the credibility of the results is higher.Finally, a case study of using AERMOD to predict hexibao chemical recycling economy industrial park atmospheric pollution concentrations, the results showed park planning new projects to air pollutants generated by the park surrounding environment have an impact, but its impact in the environment can withstand range.This study, for the correct choice of AERMOD model input data and correct input surface parameters with some guidance and reference value, AERMOD for complex terrain conditions in our regional atmospheric EIA application has a certain reference value.
