"Global ageing" context, socio-demographic ageing has become acute problems to be faced by the various countries around the world.2013, China’s elderly population will exceed the200million mark, reaching202million people, levels of ageing will be14.8%. As the old before it grows rich by developing countries, faced with the challenge of ageing and opportunities, the "Silver industry" should be developed without delay.The author attempts a comparative analysis on the development of middle and old-aged toy industry at home and abroad, these industry pioneer who can learn to find the content. According to the domestic market in middle-aged and old’s toys, the forecast should be taken to the industry for future, and to discuss the difficulties on the domestic development of middle and old-aged toy industry explains.In this paper,"toys" and "groups of middle and old-aged" focus for study of the relationship between the two, selected a wide spread around the world, the popularity of more great educational toys and analyzed, summed up the characteristics of excellent educational toys products.
