Backhoe loader refers to the special equipment integrated of mining device,conveying material, hydraulic static transmission, and it is mainly used for railwayhighway mining alley, water and electricitical culverts, irregular well and alley whichbelong to tunnel supporting engineering. Especially, when large-scale machinery difficultto construct in the strictury room and the cost and time limit for a project are requiredquickly, Backhoe loader can be used for excavating transporting and handling all kinds ofminerals clay quickly.The current domestic Backhoe loader exists many deficienciescompared with imported product. And the home market is completely held by importedproduct. However, the high price of imported product, the long cycle of accessories andthe difficult maintenance constrains the successful process of the project seriously.Therefore, it has the very vital significance to carry out the research and development ofBackhoe loader.This research aims at solving the problems of working device system from the actualapplication. This paper mainly does some the static and dynamic analysis and emulationalresearch whose purpose is mainly for the optimal design of Backhoe loader. Base on theabove objectives, this text combines the operating conditions of the backhoe loader andconstruction characteristics whose purpose is mainly for the stability and reliability ofvehicle, and then it mainly introduces the whole structure of the layout for backhoe loader.Taking the achieving function of tunnel backhoe loader as the starting point, this textdesigns the hydraulic drive system, working device hydraulic system and other assistinghydraulic system. And it mainly focuses on the selection and principle of key hydrauliccomponents.Then, this text aims at analyzing the problem that it exists cumbersome workingdevice from the actual application. This paper proposes the solution of using ProE3Dmodel, mechanism and mechanica dieblocks to doing some the static and dynamicanalysis and simulation analysis. The optimization of the working device of backhoeloader are finally worked by the optimization design unit of mechanica. At last, according to the practical problems of low efficiency and high pressureimpact, the new control scheme based on check valve and three direct links instead ofshuttle valve is designed, and it is analyzed by simulation of the AMESim. The simulationresults show that the reached high gear design requirements. The feasibility of the newhydraulic control scheme and the correctness of the simulation model are verified throughthe experimental results.Through the above analysis, the conclusion of Backhoe loader provides theoreticalbasis for the subsequent improvement. The results of studying have a good applicationprospect and a social economic benefit.
