| This paper briefly introduces the relevant contents of safety evaluation,multilayer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and roundly analyses the influence factorsof water supply network safe operation including the external factors, the internalfactors, water quality factors and flow characteristic factors. For each influence factorare discussed respectively.Considering the characteristics of base, complexity and the problem to manageand maintain difficultly of water supply system, a comprehensive safety assessmentsystem is given according to system engineering principle and interrelated historicaldate. At the same time, a table of safety assessment rating is presented. The safetyassessment rating that has been obtained can be classified as five levels, namely, verysafe, safe, relatively safe, relatively unsafe and unsafe, and represented with â… , â…¡,â…¢, â…£ and â…¤ respectively.Considering the characteristics of fuzziness in safetyevaluation of water supply network, an approach of multi-layer fuzzy sets forcomplicated system is presented. The fuzzy pattern recognition model is combinedwith fuzzy overall assessment model to evaluate the safety of water supply network.In the model, adapted analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and relative membershipfunctions are proposed to calculate respectively the weights of evaluation indexes. Agood way, through the MATLAB7.7GUI interface, finally realizes the visual,intuitive fuzzy evaluation system.Relying on subject of ‘State major projects for Middle and lower reaches of theYellow River water supply network security—based of the urban water supplynetwork safety assessment’, pilot area as the study area, fuzzy evaluation systemsafety is applied to Qingdao pilot area of water supply pipe section safety evaluation,the conclusion is that this regional is security level. According to the result of securitylevel, we analyse the reason is that the individual water supply pipe section is low inthis area, the problem of the working water supply network at this stage, and proposethe improvement measure. |
