Based on the concrete mixer mixing canister vehicle as the research object, usingdifferential geometry and similar principles, designed mixing canister blade spiral line,analyzed how the helix spiral rising angles and the angle of between blade and mixercanister wall influenced discharging or mixing uniformity; Based on thethree-dimensional flow field theory, the integrated use of PRO/E, GAMBIT, FLUENTsoftware, did the flow field of the fluid dynamics analysis for concrete mixer mixingcanister. Research results can decrease the period of mixing canister developments,solved the existing problem that discharging and mixing uniformity, to further improvedthe concrete mixer mixing uniformity and the discharging performance laid a theoreticalfoundation.This paper mainly has the following contents:①Based on differential geometry theory, combined the existing mixing canisterblade spiral, optimized the existing blade spiral of mixing canister, through study theinfluence of geometry characteristic blade spiral on the performance of the mixingcanister, and put forward definition method of mixing canister after cone large taperangle, this paper analyzed the mechanism the cone angle on performance of discharging,and obtained blade spiral equation, and set up before and after optimization the bladespiral mathematical model, contrasted before and after of optimization blade curvegeometry characteristic, did the theoretical analysis for the optimization results andtested the rationality of the optimization results;②Combined with the basic theory of the computational fluid dynamics, used thefinite volume method, built fluid dynamics model of the mixing canister, consideringthe composition of mixing medium in the actual conditions, used gas and liquidtwo-phase coupling analysis method of fluid dynamic, analysis the motion of mixingmedium under the action of mixing blades, research the form of mixing canister blades,and established the corresponding relation mixing canister field performance andmixing canister the discharging properties and mixing performance, for further providedthe theory basis for the comparative analysis before and after optimization of mixingcanister performance;③Research the influence law of uniformity of mixing canister the feeding speedand mixing uniformity for before and after optimization mixing canister blade geometry, analyzed the basic law of its density field and pressure field, velocity field changes withtime, and concluded law of the performance of the mixing canister type mixing canisterblades spiral on the influence of mixing properties and feeding speed. The results showthat performance of the feeding speed and mixing after mixing canister optimization isbetter than before optimization, the results provided theoretical guidance and basis forlater development and performance prediction of the new mixing canister.
