Study On Architectural Strategy To Guide Self-building Of Rural Housing In The Context Of Urban-rural Planning

Along with the social concern of the "three agricultural problems” since twothousand years, China began a modernization in rural areas in the context ofUrban-Rural Planning, Then the construction of new rural has become the hot spot ofthe community to research, discussion and practice.China’s rural housing construction volume is very large, not only involves the vitalinterests of the majority of farmers, but also involves many aspects of China’s ruralsustainable development in the future; significant research has a strong practicalrelevance. Based on China’s new rural development objectives, and explore the statusquo of the new rural construction, this paper attempts to seek an effective and viablemodel of the new rural housing construction in the context of Urban-Rural Planning. Inview of the defects of the traditional rural housing construction and the target of the newrural housing construction, the article attempts to propose a model of purposeful guidingself-building of rural housing, including establishes the guiding framework, explore theguiding strategy and its application mode. Face to the peak period of rural housingconstruction, this paper attempts to construct a set of mechanism to guide self-buildingof rural housing, and to form a practicable strategy of rural housing construction for therural modernization transformation and to solve the current problem of rural housingconstruction.On the basis of investigation, this paper analyzes and summarizes the Problemsand Causes, the internal logic, and the development trend of the rural housingconstruction. And on this premise, following with the principle of that the rural housingconstruction must be adapted to the conditions of farmers’ production and living, thenthe article initially establish a set of guiding mechanism for the purpose of the new ruralconstruction and the guiding framework, guiding strategy and its application mode asthe main content.The paper divides seven chapters to launch the discussion:The First Chapter: Introduces the research background, status, purpose and thesignificance of the topic, defines on the research object and scope, and proposes theframework of the study.The Second Chapter: Summarizes and analyzes the situation of rural housingconstruction on the basis of investigation. Describes the three elements that affect the condition of farmers’ production and living, including economic, energy and water.Clarify the relevant policies and regulations of management and public facilitiesrestricting rural housing construction. For rural housing construction itself, introducesand analysis deeply from the combination mode, materials, characteristics andproblems.The Third Chapter: Around the new rural development objectives, and the changesof the farmers’ way of production and living, establishes the guiding framework ofself-building of rural housing. To guide self-building of rural housing, must be based onthe transformation of rural modernization and supplement the defects of traditionalself-built model, adhere to the principle of adaptability, intensive, sustainability, andregional, to grasp the direction of the development of rural housing under therequirements of changing of the way of production and living, to keep green andsustainable, and to continue the folk cultural heritageThe Forth Chapter: In the level of policy and planning, from the four aspects ofconstruction and management of the public infrastructure, R&D and promotion of newbuilding materials and clean energy, the use of land and combination modes, explore thedirections, ways and means of the guiding strategy of self-building of rural housing.The Fifth Chapter: At the architectural level, from the four aspects of thearchitectural function and space, building forms, construction techniques, architecturalmaterials, specifically to discuss the directions, ways and means of the guiding strategyof self-building of rural housing.The Sixth Chapter: Explore the application modes of the guiding strategy ofself-building of rural housing, and proposed separately methods and advice to theimplementation of the guiding strategy from several levels of policy and management,planning and control, and architecture.The Seventh Chapter: Summarizes the conclusions of this study, and analyzesinadequacies of the research and the future prospects.
