Research On Rural Building Management In Fogang Based On Planning Permission For Rural Construction

The management of rural housing construction in rural areas in China has been changing with the economic development of China and the growing housing demand in rural areas.After the "People's Republic of China Urban and Rural Planning Law" in2008 proposed the rural construction planning permit system,the construction management of rural houses was formally incorporated into the framework of urban-rural integration.However,due to the complexity of housing construction in rural areas,there are many contradictions that cannot be promoted in the process of implementation in rural areas.This also makes it impossible for the grassroots to actually use the rural construction planning permit.The system is used to regulate rural houses.Counties and districts,as administrative units that connect provincial and municipal planning departments to formulate regional opinions and directly manage township and grass-roots units,are well positioned as research objects to study and explore the policy optimization of rural construction planning permission for rural house construction management in rural areas.So the research on geographic location and economic development factor,has chosen Fo Gang county on the edge of Pearl River Delta region as the research object,deeply research all problems existing in the construction and management,rural areas at the grass-roots level the farmhouse,trying to build "research,problem analysis,measures to optimize" as the research framework of the construction of housing management pattern,policy research provides solutions to other parts of guangdong province.This paper on rural construction planning permission and housing construction management related research work carried on the literature review,then in the second chapter mainly aimed at the history of Rural Construction Planning Permission System?the different provinces and municipalities directly under the central government policy and the basic implementation of contradiction,respectively,from the national level,provincial level,analyses the rural grassroots level construction planning permission and promote the importance of the problem.Chapter three 3and chapter four are mainly about the research on the management of the rural house construction in Fo Gang countybased on the rural construction planning per mission in the research framework designed by the author.They state the current problems and analyze the causes of these problems from the perspective of history and current situation.Finally,in the fourth chapter,the policy optimization Suggestions are put forward.Finally,because the author's research happens to be in the process of the reform of government institutions in China,this paper will combine the changes in the construction and management of farm houses after the institutional reform in the research outlook,and continue to maintain uninterrupted research.
