Construction schedule analysis is mainly engages in researching the proper construction duration, determining construction stages and procedures, and ensuring the coordination between each construction link. Detailed construction organization should be established in order to ensure successful performance, reduction of erection time as well as reduction of cost. The construction of RCC dam is a complicated systematic project, whose construction process can be influenced by many factors, such as external environmental conditions, the arrangement of construction roads, the layout of mechanical equipments, construction procedure and so on; therefore, it is necessary to select a rapid construction measure for concrete of dam body by scientific, systematic analytical method and advanced technology to make the construction organization plan more scientific. Consequently, it has significant theoretical value and practical guiding foundation to enhance the research on construction process optimization.The construction conditions, general plan, concrete construction organization plan, construction general layout and so on of RCC dam are studied in this paper on the basis of considering that the construction organization of concrete dam project is influenced obviously by some factors, such as topography, climate, hydrographical meteorology, hydrologic geology and so on. There are five parts totally in this paper. The first one is mainly presented the research progress of current construction process optimization of RCC dam, existing problems as well as the planed research work of this paper. In the second part, described the basic principles of computer simulation technology and object-oriented simulation design. In the third part, through the analysis of the construction system of RCC dam, a dynamic simulated model of construction system is established by applying simulation technology; dynamic simulated system of the whole construction process is developed by object oriented method. In the fourth part, a proper construction procedure optimization plan is selected on the basis of the requirements of the actual construction process (or the predicated construction process) and the controlled process plan, adopting the contrastive analysis of different resource allocation plan and construction plan by computer simulation. The last part is a brief summary of the research results of this paper, and the advanced study direction is simultaneously proposed in connection with the deficiency of this paper.
