Research On The Owner Of The Dumper Equipment Renovation Project Quality Management Planning

This paper briefly analyzes the differences of the domestic and foreign owners at present in the project management mode. As a project owner, coordinates the construction and the supervision, cross-complement each other to improve the level of project quality management in their respective quality system. The construction practice of TISCO iron works by the south dumper equipment renovation project,combined with the characteristics of TISCO project quality management, to establish the project’s quality management system view of the owner, including survey and design phase, construction preparation stage, construction stage of the process and quality inspection. Focus on analysis of ensuring project quality in the case of tight schedule. The project quality management system planning and successful operation adapt to the construction requirements of the iron&steel industry under the new technology and the new situation, enrich the application of the quality management theory in the iron&steel metallurgical industry. It has some practical significance and certain reference meaning in the quality management system construction of similar projects.This paper has six chapters. The first chapter briefly introduces the south dumper equipment renovation project of TISCO iron works, an analysis of the characteristics of the project quality management, put forward some concrete problems of quality management during the project construction, and determines the research method and technical route. The second chapter, the analysis of the specific factors’s influence of project management, to reveal the connotation of the project quality management. Chapter 3 compares the status of project quality management in developed countries, theoretically analyzes the process, the basis and the working procedures of the project quality control. The fourth chapter, with the long-term project quality management experience in TISCO, summed up the owner of the TISCO characteristics quality management theory. Chapter 5 conductes a pre-construction quality management plan of the owner with reality. The sixth chapter presents the specific implementation of project quality management plan and the final operating results.
