The Data Planning For Electric Power Scientific Research Management Based On CIM

Along with the informationization construction and the information systemunceasing development and the use, the service data which in enterprise’s applicationsystem accumulates more and more are also many, but the people discovered, the existinginformation resource use factor has not imagined is so high, mainly has following3aspectphenomenon:(1) information isolated island appearance;(2) generalized analysis realizeswith difficulty;(3) information identity is chaotic.For power companies, for a variety of automated systems, and applicationmanagement system covering the various aspects of the grid industry, different systemscorresponding to a different vendor, resulting in the development data model, applicationinterfaces, and the difference between development platform is very clear that if thesystem can only be used with additional data interface between the management andmaintenance difficulties will result in higher costs, application, and information sharing,and application integration, the workload is large; the electric power industry byestablishing the Common Information Model (CIM) to resolve.This paper focuses on the data and CIM model in electric power industry, the workwhich does is as follows:1. Start from the Common Information Model, to learn and become familiar with thecim model of the origin of the relationship between the composition and cim internal,provides an important theoretical basis for follow-up research and application work.2.The paper proposed completes implementation process, methodology, standard andplan as well as support tool which a data plan implementation contained, to (demandanalysis stage and data modelling stage) carried on the minute stage explanation based on the CIM data plan implementation process.3.The paper combines the scientific research management of electric powerenterprise data planning, complete description of the application process, mainly from theimplementation of the present status of the unit, scope and objectives, systems, standards,the implementation process of the theory and the results, application and systemmaintenance and management, and to study the implementation of the verification.
