In recent years, the construction of Chinese railway is on the remarkable. Such as thedevelopment of electrifild railway becomes more overloaded and more quickly. Catenaryswitch which includes electric isolated switch and load switch is the key equipment in thesystem that electrified railway draw the power supply. The switch connect or disconnectcatenary power supply in the sub-circuit and also can improve supply flexibility, stability andreliability. However, because of the large quantity,wide distribution and scattered installation,it causes some inconvenience of Maintenance and operation, so it really need to implementdistant comprehensive monitoring to the catenary switch.At the same time,we also need tobring it into traction power supply dispatch system. This will help us to shorten the outagetime and to improve the capacity of rail transport.At beginning of this paper, I show hardware platform of Catenary switch integratedmonitoring system. Then I design and implementation of the integrated monitoring systemsoftware platform based on the hardware platform. And there are following steps. First, thesoftware platform is divided into three modules which are immediate database module,communication module and interface modules. Each module is made to an overall design plan.Then make detailed design and implementation for each module. At last, I show the overallrendering and live monitoring diagram of the soft ware’s operation to turn out this platformcan be apply because that it can monitor the state of catenary switch at any time.In the paper, I design a immediate database module first which is the core of dataprocessing in the system. It is responsible for dealing with the data uploaded bycommunication. In the process, the class data is used to show on interface and secondary datais written into MySQL database. At the same time, I also detailed explain the processing logicabout first level remotely signaling data and second level remotely signaling data. Then, thesystem combined with the Hibernate framework how to build memory database, which makeeach module through operating memory database instead of direct interacting with immediatedatabase.Then I design a communication module, this module use programming technology ofJAVA multithreading to come ture. It responsible for communication with catenary switchcontrol case and then call memory database interface to send data. Communication modulecan work with many manufactures and multiprotocol, so I describe the three functions aboutthe module. I also have detailed design ideas and implementation about each layer structure in the four of them.In order to meet catenary switch different demand, I make some reconstruction whichinclude software distribution reconstruction and SVG display reconstruction based on existinginterface of rich client system of SCADA.Thus,it not only has good monitoring function butalso reduces the investment on human resources and financial resources.Finally, I use Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail project as an example to test the system.The result shows that the catenary switch monitoring system can well meet the actual demandfor its stability, reliability, and immediate.
