Water plays an important role in people's production and social development.With the progress of society and the development of science and technology,people demand for water is also growing.How reasonable use of water resources,to design a high efficiency,a high level and quality of urban water supply system is the problem we face.This article takes Jixi City as the research object,for jixi supply system,each of the water supply from the water supply unit distant control center,the number of network sites are too many and scattered,the dispatching system has a high-speed communication and high reliability requirements,and is designed a hybrid network based on a variety of supply schedule management system.Jixi City water supply unit consists of a water purification plant,booster pump station and pipeline network collection site components.The basis of unified scheduling is that the water supply information of each water supply unit can be shared in real time,and the security of information transmission needs to be guaranteed.According to the above characteristics,this design creates a VPN through the firewall,the network layer IPSec protocol in the TCP/IP protocol suite is used for data encapsulation and decapsulation,and the water supply data and video monitoring data of the water purification plant and the pressurized pumping station are transmitted to the water supply dispatching center.The server uses the cost-effective Dell PowerEdge R730,and the firewall uses the Huawei USG6390 series.Due to the large number of remote pipe network collection points,but the amount of information on each pipe site is small,the GPRS wireless network is selected,and the data is SGSN encapsulated by the GSM base station and sent to the water supply dispatching center.The remote terminal unit uses the MGTR-W4030 RTU,which is moderately priced and embedded in the TCP/IP protocol.On the side of the water supply dispatching center,the water supply data collected by each water supply unit and the remote pipe network collection point needs to be received and processed.The powerful processing platform is the key to the stable operation of the system.According to the design principle of SRP software,the scheduling center system architecture is divided into display layer,application layer,support layer and data layer.The KingSCADA software was selected as the platform software,and the subsystems such as data acquisition monitoring system,dispatch monitoring production management system,pipe network online water conservancy model system and pipe network GIS system were integrated into the KingSCADA platform.Using the graphics processing tool in KingSCADA,a 3D model of each water supply unit is established,the water supply data enters the system through the port of the server 1723,and displays the data to the corresponding position of the 3D model.The water supply dispatch system has been built in the city of Jixi and stable operation.The actual results from the city's point of view,the program can effectively improve the automation of urban water supply,and to protect the city's stable and efficient water supply.
