In the modern engineering, the flat plate structure of construction metal structuredue to its own many advantages such as innovative design, stylish appearance andexcellent quality of the project and so on, are more and more widely recognized by themarket today and the field of engineering design. However, because of the frequentspecification variation, the high individuation requirement of the engineering and thelarge amount of the repeat design work, it brings about the inefficient design, the poordecision-marking of the program and the serious waste of raw materials and other issues.Based on the characteristics of the flat plate structure of construction metal structure,these paper in-depth studies on the relevant technical specifications of the engineeringsolution, and develops a set of industry-specific systems aimed at the engineeringcomputation of the flat plate structure of construction metal structure, which supportsthe optimization of the plate materials and a better operability.Fist of all, on the basis of the analysis of the current situation and the developmenttrend of the same software at home and abroad, combining with the mainstreamstructural features of the flat plate structure of construction metal structure and thecurrent design requirements, combining with the rationalization project and thewhole-divide-compound principle, this paper proposes a overall program based on flatplate structure of construction metal structure engineering computation system of thethree-tier architecture.Then, aiming at the above-mentioned system development and achievement, whichrelates to some key technologies such as the parameters of the project modeling basedon the flat plate structure of construction metal structure, the analytical calculation ofthe engineering possessing the congruent characteristics based on the flat plate structureof construction metal structure, and the optimal design of the flat plate structure ofconstruction metal structure based on the constrained nonlinear programming, this paperhas a in-depth study: based on the analysis of the mainstream plate,the commonly usedmaterial properties and the typical support in the form of the flat plate structure ofconstruction metal structure in the modern engineering, combining with the design ofthe graphic visualization of the user interface,the inherent relationship between alllevels of the project information with the related engineering technical specificationswere analyzed, then, combining with the structural engineering background and the individuation requirement of the user, an parameterization structure modeling methodbased on the typical flat plate structure of construction metal structure were proposed,and the series of the typical structural parameters of the project model of the flat platestructure of construction metal structure were summed up; Based on the induction andsummary of the analytical calculation of the typical mechanical model, proposing anengineering calculation’s method based on the congruent characteristics of the flat platestructure of construction metal structure, to guide the build of the analytical andcalculation library based on the typical characteristics model of the flat plate structure ofconstruction metal structure, and to prepare for the system’s subsequent upgrades;Based on the analysis of the inherent relationship between all levels of the projectinformation and the influence analysis of the structure engineeringcalculations,reference to the related industry specifications, a design of the optimizationof the flat plate structure of construction metal structure based on the constrainednonlinear programming was proposed.Last, based on the study on the key technologies, this paper developed a set ofindustry-specific systems aimed at the engineering computation of the flat platestructure of construction metal structure, and this system had a friendly interface and abetter operability, supported the optimization of engineering structure, and wasconvenient and practical.
