Research On Risk Management Of Operation And Maintenance Project In Electric Power Communication Room

As an important part of power communication network and information system,power communication room needs regular operation and maintenance to ensure the security and stability of power communication network.The operation and maintenance proj ect of electric power communication room involves many specialties,complex equipment types,and has a large impact range of failure.The risk of such project is unique,and it faces the problem of unscientific and comprehensive operation and maintenance risk management.At present,there are few studies on the risk management related to the operation and maintenance project of power communication room.This paper hopes to establish a risk management system suitable for the operation and maintenance project of power communication room through the study of the actual proj ect.This paper is based on the existing project risk management theory and research results,and based on the analysis of the current situation of risk management of power telecommunication room operation and maintenance project,the research framework of risk management is constructed.Taking the risk management of communication room operation and maintenance project of Yantai Power Supply Company of State Grid as an example,the risk identification,risk assessment,risk analysis and risk response analysis are carried out Research.Specifically,in the risk identification stage,brainstorm method and Delphi method are used to analyze all kinds of data collected,and 15 risk factors are identified in 4 categories of operation and maintenance proj ects of power communication room.In the risk assessment stage,the risk assessment scale value suitable for the operation and maintenance project of the communication room was determined by consulting experts.Thus,the P-I matrix was constructed to evaluate the identified risks and generate a risk list,providing judgment basis for the following risk analysis.In the risk analysis stage,the proj ect risk analysis process was evaluated by using the analytic hierarchy process combined with Yaahp software,and the communication room operation and maintenance project was finally confirmed to be a high-risk proj ect.The proj ect risk factors were quantified and sorted according to the evaluation results.Specific countermeasures and measures were formulated for the factors with the highest risk impact in the project,and the implementation effect of the countermeasures for project risk management was briefly analyzed.Through scientific risk management,the project risk was well controlled and alleviated,and the proj ect was successfully implemented.Based on the research and analysis of the specific project risk management,this paper establishes a risk management system suitable for the operation and maintenance project of the communication machine room of the power system,which is helpful to improve the management quality and efficiency of the operation and maintenance work of the communication machine room.At the same time,it also provides some reference value for the risk management of similar communication operation and maintenance proj ects in the future.
