China’spublic-rental housing from the proposed policy,to determine the establishment of housing for the protection of core measures,after almost three years. At present, China’spublic-rental housing have been started construction in majior cities because of the strong driven by central government,but a considerable part of the Public-rental housing designers are not clear in the awareness in the taiget of the architectural design of the Public-rental housing. In this paper,the fundamental starting point of study is the maximization of the value of the Public-rental housing.Through analysising of the composition and the properties of the value of the Public-rental housing and the impact factors of the Public-rental housing,then to correspond to the design.Finally, we discuss the macro strategies and the specific methods of the achievement of the maximization of the value of the Public-rental housing.Through extensive literature survey,theoretical summary,discipline intercrossing and comparative analysising,the values of the Public-rental housing,the relationship between design and value realization,and the concrete design strategies are discussed in this thesis.I provides some operable supervising methods for the Public-rental housing design in order to improve the realization of value,and promote the realization of the value of the Public-rental housing ultimately.The thesis researches and analysises the Public-rental housing which is a particular settlement patterns in three parts as the value of the Public-rental housing a clue.Chapter one and chapter two are the problem-posing parts. In chapter one,the paper made a general description in the aspect of the background, the singnificance,the method and the basic concepts. In chapter two,the paper described the origination and the development of the public-housing first,summaried the similarities and the differences between the public-housing and analysised the other security-housings,and constraints of the public-housing design.It can be a basic for the design and strategy of the public-housing.Chapter three and chapter four are the problem-analyzing parts. In chapter three,the paper analyzed and concluded the significance as a case of the economical residences in the domestic and foreign.It can provided a theoretical reference for the public-housing design. In chapter four,the paper analyzed the value compositions,properties and impact factors of the public-housing,and positioned the value of the public-housing to achieve the maximum value.It can provide the corresponding theoretical basises for the chapter five.Chapter five and chapter six are the problem-solving parts. In chapter five,the paper researched the design strategy and method of the public-housing based on the analysis of the value above. It analized the way to maximize the value of the public-housing in site selection and planning,construction technology and space design. In chapter six,the paper summarized the research achievements,put forward some suggestions for the public-housing designing,and prospected the future development trends.Aims at realizing the values,this paper analized the influence factors of the public-housing as the public-housing a specific object,and the factors of the value(social value and economic value) and the attributes of the value(time, space and time).The factors of the value included building factor including the external morphology and internal space,the user fators of the building,intermediary factors such as building zre location. Then this paper analized the influence factors,and summed up that the public-housing design should pay close attention to the adaptability of the living in the far and the near future,diversity of the apartment,the variability of the space. The site of the public-housing should developt comprehensively with the supporting facilities,mixed plan under the premise of the fusion of the different income groups,developt the traffic pattern of the city area as public transport a dominant,and plan near the industrial land where the people work.Finally,this paper put the rearch that as a realization of the maximization of the public-housing’s value goal in specific design strategies.
