Computer simulation techniques was used in green building design since 2006,which had become a mandatory in green building design and evaluation. At present, the domestic researches and design units are still in the exploratory phase of analysis in the computer simulation of the green building, and the methods of simulation and optimization are vary widely, reducing the efficiency of green building design. This paper has summarized the method of computer simulation and optimization in green building, providesd methodological guidance for green building designers to improve the efficiency of green building design. The study has sever aspects, including of choosing simulation software, meteorological data collection, modeling, setting boundary conditions and evaluation indicators。It also summary the simulation of three environments such as wind, light and sound. This paper has optimized the analytical method for four aspects including building orientation, building form, architectural layout and interior environment.Through a simple simulation analysis of typical optimization program,it provided methodological guidance for green building design optimization.Based on Longao gold seat engineering, the paper summed up the simulation and optimization methods for green building design, and verified specification, efficiency and applicability of this method. The green building computer simulation method which has summarized in this ariticle can solve the general problem of optimization design of green buildings, and play the guiding role of green building design. The method is able to adapt to the requirments for simulation and design of green buildings in domestic engineering design and consulting, and has broad application prospects.
