And these are the directlyreasons cause the houses destroy seriously or even collapseAccording to the codes GB50003<<Code for design of masonry structures>>,GB50009<< Load code for the design of building structures >> and GB50011<< Codefor seismic design of buildings>>, this paper deals with the stress analysis andcalculation about the wall of low rise masonry construction, a general formula hasbeen deduced in this paper to calculate the minimum thickness of the wall and theconstructional requirements under the different conditions of the building floor heightand width.Confirm the ground bearing capacity in rational in various soil conditions. Theanalyses is according to GB50007<<Code for design of building foundation>>, tocalculate the minimum width and constructional requirements of the wall in theconditions of various layers, floor heights and building sizes.According to GB50009 <<Load code for the design of building structures>> andGB50010<<Code for design of concrete structures>> to analysis and confirmreinforcement requirements in different thickness cast-in-situ concrete. Set a ruleabout the thickness, reinforcement and constructional requirements of the cast-in-situconcrete. Formulate the constructional requirements about the prefabricated roof. Useboard type stair, and formulate the step size and set a rule about the thickness andreinforcement requirements in various stairs which with different width and height.In order to ensure the durability of the lower masonry residential housing andintegrity, low-rise residential housing construction measures of the masonry will besummarized in this paper, to satisfied the requirements of the ration of high to sectionthickness of wall and setting requirements of the ring beam and the constructional columns. This will be simplified during the extent permitted design of the residentialhousing masonry process.Finally, according to GB50203 <<Code for acceptance of construction quality ofmasonry engineering >> and GB50204 <<Code for acceptance of constructionalquality of concrete structures >> etc., to formulate the building construction technicaland construction quality.
