Relay setting calculation is the basic work to ensure the power system security and stability, In the case of the further interconnection of the national grid, the form of grid connection is more and more complicated.Although the development and application of the software in Power System Protection Relay Setting Calculation have successful,there are a variety of the calculation and management softwares,and the format of the same data is also different. So it is difficult to guarantee the consistency of the data and the data exchange between systems inconvenient.Because of those problems, first of all,a design for a Relay Protection Calculation of Integration platform is proposed based on research of current problems existing in the Existing software of relay protection setting calculation,focusing on solving the grid setting calculation data standardization in order to achieve transfer data synchronized between the applications sector at all levels, and coming true the intelligent grid relay setting calculation automation.Secondly, the data platform using the Oracle lOg database management system. And on the basis of analyzing the data of Relay setting calculation, devising the data storage structure of the data platform, and giving the data sheet design and the association between those sheetsThirdly, in order to achieve the exchange of data between different systems,on the basis of in-depth study of existing ways of data exchange,a way of the data exchange is proposed which using the E format file as the intermediate data file.And then using the UML technology to build the mode of the data. Finally, writing the program with the C++.And using the idea of the depth-first-search in order to searching the database methodically, methodical search of the database data, and data exchange. Achieving the feature of data exchange.
