Glazed hollow bead insulation concrete is both a physical and mechanical properties of ordinary concrete, but also has thermal insulation properties of the new building materials. At ambient temperature, the glazed hollow bead insulation concrete structures in accordance with the design of concrete structures "designed to meet the structural requirements of the security. There are also a number of concrete structures under normal operating conditions in high-temperature fire high-temperature environments, such as fire building, metallurgy and chemical wild workshop, emissions from high temperature flue gas chimneys as well as the reactor pressure vessel and containment. When the structure is fire under the high temperature environment, the structural components of the internal temperature will rise rapidly, and when a certain temperature is reached, the strength of the material of the component would drop dramatically, causing structural bearing capacity decline, thus affecting the security of the entire structure of the building. Therefore, this new type of insulating concrete building insulation, glazed hollow bead of energy-saving materials and structure of high-temperature test and theoretical analysis of significance.This article focus on high-temperature glass bead insulating concrete mechanical properties and thermal performance, expand the following work:(l)High temperature insulation concrete of glazed hollow bead insulation concrete of the cooling test, observe the color of the specimen, the crack changes with temperature and cooling to provide a scientific basis for the glass beads of insulating concrete structure of high temperature damage diagnosis. (2)The thermal mechanics properties of glazed hollow bead insulation concrete including the cube compressive strength, stress, strain, elastic modulus with temperature experienced after the change rule.Statistics give the cube compressive strength, stress, strain, elastic modulus and temperature curve and formula, is also discussed in the natural temperature cooling and high temperature water cooling in two ways the cube compressive strength, stress, strain, elastic modulus with temperature variation(3)Thermo-physical of Glazed hollow bead insulation concrete is mainly through theoretical analysis, test of Glazed hollow bead insulation concrete thermal conductivity were measured, measured at different temperature of Glazed hollow bead insulation concrete block heat conduction coefficient.At the same time using the existing theory of Glazed hollow bead insulation concrete for theoretical calculation of heat capacity.Calculate the normal temperature of vitrified(4) the temperature field and thermal stress analysis using ANSYS software on the glazed hollow bead insulation concrete of insulation reinforced concrete frame columns.Through the test and analysis of Glazed hollow bead insulation concrete cube compressive strength, elastic modulus and thermal conductivity decreased with increasing temperature; stress-strain curve with increasing temperature, becoming more and moreflat; ANSYS software to analyze, draw the Glazed hollow bead insulation concrete frame columns surrounded by a high temperature environment, inside and outside of frame columns with a large temperature gradient and uniform temperature stress.
