Glazed hollow bead insulation mortar insulation system,a new type of inorganic insulation system,has excellent insulation and fire performance.As an important part of the maintenance structure,the insulation system of the thermal insulation mortar,which more and more widely used in practical engineering,has the function of heat preservation and protection of the structure layer.When the insulation system brings comfort to the occupants,it also suffers from the negative factors such as external erosion medium,all kinds of temperature stress and the long period of hot and cold climate conditions.In order to ensure the design life of insulation system,insulation system must meet the durability requirements.With the new type of inorganic insulation mortar thermal insulation system gradually occupying a place in the market,the durability of the research has gradually been the concern of the industry researchers.Study on durability of thermal insulation system focuses on the organic insulation system,but the durability study of glazed hollow bead insulation mortar thermal insulation system still has a certain reference value.Therefore,this paper studies the glazed hollow bead insulation system durability of thermal insulation mortar through laboratory simulate the insulation system of erosion,heat transfer and finite element theory.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.The combined specimen of glazed hollow bead insulation mortar insulation system is composed of concrete block simulated insulation system structure layer and insulation system arranged outside the insulation system.The sulfate corrosion of the composite specimens was simulated by 0,7,14 and 28 cycles.Experimental results show: With the increase of erosion cycle,the cubic compressive strength of the concrete matrix of the thermal insulation system firstly increases and then decreases.After 28 cycles of erosion,the cubic compressive strength loss rate is only about 2.03%,which still has high strength.The flexural strength of concrete matrix is before erosion 88%.The relative dynamic elastic modulus is still up to 0.91,which indicates that the void ratio of concrete is not very large,and it still has a high density.The tensile strength of the insulation system is still 0.25 MPa,which is still greater than the 0.1MPa specified in the technical specification.2.Heat transfer and finite element based on the theory of thermal insulation system on temperature conditions in summer and winter,insulation mortar layer temperature difference,the internal temperature of the wall is in a stable state,the wall temperature difference is small,fully proved the good thermal insulation system,safety and durability is more conducive to the wall.No matter what kind of constraint conditions,the thermal stress of insulation mortar layer is lower than that of other structural layers,and the maximum temperature stress of anti cracking mortar layer.All two forms of freedom and constraint of the wall,the window wall temperature stress maxima location in the window,no window wall temperature stress maximum appear in the four corners of the wall body,here as the main control points of construction.The shear force produced by the weight of each structural layer does not affect the safety and durability of the insulation system.Simulation analysis of construction process and the guarantee conditions of bond strength and material right is the key of glazed hollow bead insulation system to resist the negative pressure load and safety durability.3.Through the simulation analysis: According to the situation of heating in winter in Taiyuan area,the thickness of insulation mortar should be more than 10 mm,can effectively avoid the condensation phenomenon.In the wall column joints thermal impact on the wall of the main part of the area in the corner from within 50 mm,heat treatment in this area should be strengthened.When the section size of concrete column is 400 mm × 400 mm,the economic thickness of thermal insulation mortar is set to 50 mm.Under extreme conditions,the thermal insulation system can still play an important role in the protection against bad weather.The maximum deformation of the glass and the window at the junction,the window is the focus of crack control.The temperature stress in the anti cracking mortar layer mutation,the development of more superior performance of crack resistant mortar for the control of thermal insulation system cracks have a very important role.
