Glazed hollow bead insulation concrete is a new building materials,which is bearing general physical and mechanical properties of concrete. Glazed hollow bead insulation concrete can be used in structures, while it completes the main building structure, it also complete the thermal project. It not only simplify the design and construction process of building insulation works, also realize the effect of bare concrete, it can save a lot of insulation works, construction costs; in particular, because of the light weight, the reasonable force, it can avoid the quality, safety incidents, which are caused by general insulation of the main structure and the insulating layer which are not solid.It has broad for engineering applications. Currently, Taiyuan University of glazed hollow bead insulation concrete research group has carried out glazed hollow bead insulation concrete room temperature mechanical testing research, and made substantial research. Glazed hollow bead insulation concrete after high temperature test research is still in its infancy, the research is very lack, studying the performance glazed hollow bead insulation concrete of high temperature has important significance.Experimental study of concrete after high-temperature, it is different from the ordinary concrete, because there is component of glazed hollow bead, glazed hollow bead insulation concrete can not be directly copied to the research results of ordinary concrete in high-temperature properties. Around the mechanical tests on glazed hollow bead insulation concrete after high temperature, the paper launched the following works:The first, it is determined the test program based on the high temperature test of ordinary concrete. There are six temperature levels in this experiment the specimen from room temperature heating per liter high100℃for20minutes, continue to heat until the temperature reaches the design temperature, then they will be heated2hours; specimens of different temperatures are maintained to the natural cooling at room temperature, water cooling at room temperature.The second, the reference of ordinary concrete of high-temperature experimental studies to determine the test program. In order to analyze the glazed hollow bead insulation concrete in the high temperature performance, the merits and the merits of the reasons, the test was added, in addition to raw materials-glazed hollow bead and admixture inconsistent, other conditions are consistent with ordinary concrete specimens with comparison and analysis.
