Emulsion pump is the power supply of the hydraulic support system in the high productivity and high efficiency comprehensive mechanized coal mining equipment. And the emulsion pump has very important position in the comprehensive mechanized coal mining equipment.As the important equipment of downhole work,the performance of emulsion pump direct impacts on the mining efficiency.With the development of the integrated mechanized coal mining technology,we ask for emulsion pump improving contantly. In this case,the optimization of the performance of emulsion pump becomes very important.This thesis mainly uses AMESim to build the simulation model of emulsion pump,so that we can simulate and analyze the emulsion pump.In this paper, the author uses AMESim to build the simulation model of emulsion pump based on the theoretical analysis of the emulsion pump,the motion characteristics of the piston,crankshaft, inlet valve and outlet valve of emulsion pump are studied and analyzed.And the dynamic characteristics of the flow and pressure of the emulsion pump are studied and analyzed;what’s more,the main factors affecting the performance of the emulsion pump are studied by changing the crankshaft speed,the spool quality and spring stiffness of the inlet and outlet valve,and the characteristic curve and volumetric efficiency of the emulsion pump are obtained in different parameters.All studies have great significance to the design and study of the emulsion pump.
