Research On Optimization Of Classifying Shunting Operation Plan For District Local Train

District local train, mainly served in intermediate stations, is a general train type in China, which is complicated in classification and shunting for its association. District local train can be divided into two types:station sequence marshalling and group marshalling. As a concrete action plan of technical station, the establishment of shunting operation plan should help maximize the efficiency of shunting operation and minimize the push-off trip, coupling trip and number of shunting trip.Based on studies previously, this paper introduced the relation forms between awaiting train set and train unit, analyzed the make-up theory of trains systematically and elaborated the principle of tabulation shunting method and orchestrating-suit method. As for shunting operation plan of station sequence marshalling, in pursuit of least push-off trip, when coupling trip was least and the number of original fall column was not integer power of2, this paper eliminated unfavorable plans according to analytical calculation method, analyzed influencing factors, summarized more than one elaborative sequence plan of temporary exact sequence and drew the flow chart of scheme selection. Finally, the validity of algorithm was proved by a case.Secondly,this paper analyzed the meaning of group marshalling shunting, introduced the principle of tabulation method and came to a conclusion that group marshalling shunting was equal to optimal train unit fall plan selection in essence. Based on this, influence factors of coupling trip and push-off trip were analyzed and the computational formula was obtained. Finally, the algorithm idea and steps of optimal station sequence marshalling shunting selection were put forward and its practicality was proved by a case.
