Compared with the conventional rail, high-speed rail is more fast, comfortable and high-density. With the use of high-speed rail, it will ease the pressure of the conventional rail,release the capacity of conventional rail, and increase cargo capacity.With the high-speed railway built,the network structure and the transportation organization mode of China’s high-speed railway are constantly changing,so,phased research division between the high-speed railway and the conventional rail and to develop a reasonable program of the division scheme, have a greater impact on the rational utilization of high-speed railway and the conventional rail’s carrying capacity of the channel line and the improvement of the level of passenger and freight transport.Based on summarizing the division scheme theory of high-speed railway and the conventional rail at home and abroad, combined with the actual of our high-speed railway’s construction and operation, the paper analyzes the model of transportation organization of high-speed railway and conventional rail, the impact of the construction of high-speed rail on conventional rail and the principle of division scheme and influencing factors between the high-speed railway and the conventional rail before and after passenger and cargo sub-line transportation.On this basis, the paper uses the Logit model to assign the passenger flow within the railway corridor to high-speed rail and the conventional rail, and then, determining the train plan of the high-speed railway and conventional rail. Finally the paper taking the Beijing-Shanghai transportation corridor as the example, vterify the correctness of the method. The main contents of this article include:(1) From the two stages-before and after passenger and cargo sub-line transportation,the paper analyzes the high-speed rail and the conventional rail’s transportation organization mode, and analyzes the constitutes and level of railway passenger flow.(2) Combined with the transportation organization mode of high-speed rail before and after passenger and cargo sub-line transportation, analyzes the impact of the construction of high-speed rail on conventional rail, including the impact of existing line capacity’s release、passenger trains’travel speed and freight trains’travel speed.(3) The paper researches the method of division scheme between high-speed railway and the conventional rail before and after passenger and cargo sub-line transportation. Firstly, the paper analyzes the principle of division scheme and influencing factors of the high-speed railway and the existing line, uses the Logit model to assign the passenger flow within the railway corridor to high-speed rail and the conventional rail, and then, analyzes the train’s type, quantity and stop program of high-speed railway and the conventional rail, and ultimately determines the high-speed railway and the conventional rail’train operation plan.(4)Taking the Beijing-Shanghai transportation corridor as the example, through analyzing Beijing-Shanghai transportation corridor’s line condition, determines the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and the conventional rail’train operation plan.
