Study on the two different stages of the new high-speed LAN and the existing railway passenger reasonable division scheme. Based on the first two chapters content, establish logit model, Lanzhou transportation channel of passenger flow and reasonable allocation to Lan Xingao iron and existing, with passenger trains section, type and quantity of CDB, for the establishment of a new channel of passenger train of multi-objective 0-1 programming stop scheme model, determine the different stages of Lanxin high speed railway and the existing railway train plan.If Lan-Xin high-speed railway is operate, it will ease the existing Lan Xin old line pressure, it will allow the passengers to choice the high-speed railway, and make existing release, increase the existing line of freight transport capacity, new railway recently as the main railway channel of northwest provinces ties with the mainland, trunk railway passenger collinear; long term in passenger transport mainly, taking into account the carriage of goods,which is Chinese railway development trend. Due to the Lan-xin high-speed railway construction cycle is too long and disposable completion, but is not connected with the national railway network, the rest of the high-speed railway construction period is too long,the overall, high-speed railway in the side of the building while operating process, road network structure and the organization model is also in constant change. So we need to study the Lan-xin high-speed railway and existing in the development process of the construction of the railway network, the rational division scheme of the two lines, the efficient use of the high-speed railway and existing railway passing capacity, give full of play to the role of Lan-xin high-speed railway and the existing railway.In this paper, the main research content is reasonable schemes of different stages of Lan-xin high speed railway and the existing railway division, firstly, summarize and analyze the domestic and foreign experts to the high-speed railway line and the existing railway of the reasonable division of labor, combined with actual situation of the operation of the Lan-xin high-speed railway and the existing railway, is divided into two stages to study, namely Lan-xin high-speed railway early operation and Lan-Xin high-speed railway post operation,respectively, of the difference between these two stage operation, different from that of the two stage Lan-xin high-speed railway and the existing railway transportation the description of three aspects: passenger transportation organization mode, railway rational division of labor and the channel structure. The paper adopts the most classic's a reasonable passenger division of Logit model, the Lan-xin high-speed and Lan-Xin railway's passenger flows were reasonable distribution, then determined two line train species, the running path, and thenumber of stop station scheme, the results expressed Lan-xin high-speed railway and the existing railway is more reasonable in the opening line of the program.The main research contents of this paper are these follows:(1) The high speed railway construction and operation, after the completion of the trend and development of high-speed railway, the railway development stage is divided into two stages, namely: high-speed railway early operation and late operation.(2) To detailed investigation of the Lan-xin high-speed railway and the existing railway of the elements of the basic situation, and the Lan-xin high-speed railway and the existing railway was studied in two stages of different transportation organization mode.(3) Objective and significance of reasonable division of the Lan-xin Railway and existing line, the principle of division of labor and it's influencing factors, and do the different division schemes of simple introduction.(4) To research the two different stages of the Lan-xin high-speed band the existing railway passenger flow of the reasonable division scheme. Based on the first two chapters content, establish the Logit model, allocate the Lan-xin transportation channel's passenger flow reasonable allocation to the Lan-Xin high-speed and existing railway, with passenger trains section, type and quantity, for the establishment of a new channel of passenger train of multi-objective 0-1 programming stop scheme model, determine the different stages of Lan-xin high-speed railway and the existing railway plan.
