The Study On Construction Design Of Hydropower Project Under EPC Model

In recent years, the investment in hydraulic engineering grows gradually in our country. Under the guidance of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan, there will be more and more large hydro projects being under plan, design and construction. And with the characteristics of huge investment scale, more structures and complex terrain of transmission line, hydropower projects which also limited by topography and hydraulic conditions have high complexity in construction, so a high-level construction design and construction technology are important to ensure the success of projects, the research and analysis on it have important practical significance too.This paper studies the construction design and resource requirements planning of hydropower project under the EPC general contractor model. Based on the theory of a design-main EPC project management and construction design, to sort out the research at home and broad, analysis the elements of construction design under EPC model. On this basis, combined with the examples of hydropower project, the paper systematic study the structure design of management organization, quality control and construction design, schedule control and construction design, cost control and construction design, safe and civilized construction design, and analyze its resource requirements planning. Based on the research results of project construction design, propose policy recommendations.Research results obtained in this paper hopes to provide a reference value for similar projects, and to promote the progress of the management of EPC general contractor companies and the construction technology.
