With the development of our country’s economy, the construction industry is growing up quickly. Engineering project has the characteristics of long construction period, big construction difficulty, large investment and a large number of participants, but there are more unpredictable factors. People have most concerned the engineering project quality, so as to no matter how the development of construction, the quality is always the top priority of the request. Construction quality directly related to state property and safety of the people, related to long-term development of construction enterprises, related to the applicability and social benefits of the project. Compare to other developed countries, the quality of the project management of our country is not very mature. Many problems still to be faced. How to improve the project quality?It is a problem to be solved these days.First of all, it has introduced the domestic and foreign engineering project quality of risk management of the development and current situation, and pointed out the current project quality risk management problems in this paper. It introduces the engineering project risk management, system dynamics of the basic concepts, theoretical foundation and the software--VENSIM of system dynamics. Then it analyses the spread effect and the knock-on effect existed in the traditional construction by the method of with the methods of system dynamics, and identifies the risks of project construction. By rendering the project construction of the causal feedback loop and using the base model principle and causal feedback loop, it controls project quality. According to the engineering project management process, then the development situation of project is simulated. In the end, according to the above analysis, some targeted improving measures are put forward.
