With the rapid development of microelectronics,ommunication,integratedautomatic control technologies, the increasing complexity of industrial productionrequired to improve energy saving, efficiency and other aspects. Various fields putforward higher requirements about the reliability and network of distribution system.The low-voltage distribution power system’s stability and reliability which is at theend of the power distribution system, directly to the user’s equipments, supply anddistribution power for industrial production is extremely important.To the above requirements, this paper analysis of the several common monitoringsystem architectures and problems, proposed a improved power distributionmonitoring system architecture with B/S and C/S features. It consist of Intelligentfield bus devices, gateway server, Web server, remote monitoring station, on-siteworkstations, on-site monitoring platform, GPRS DTU equipment. As the same timethe paper realized the on-site monitoring platform and QNX-based gateway server.The monitoring platform based S3C2440 chip and equipped with WinCE systemand expanded CAN bus interface and serial ports according to the actual needs, can beachieved as the industrial site data management station platform. This paper presentsparts of circuit design of the platform such as multi-port, CAN interface, ethernetinterface circuit and explained the design principles. The paper also introduced thework of WinCE system custom and dirver development.The QNX-based gateway server completed data acquisition and the protocolconversion between the Modbus fieldbus and TCP/IP. This paper described thestructure of the PC104-based gateway server and the HMI’s realization which is basedon ARM Cortex-M3 processor as well as the gateway server software based on QNX.The paper implements the key components of distribution control system: on-sitemonitoring platform and gateway server. The project’s basic functions are achieved.Paper realized a reliability low voltage power distribution monitoring system withreal-time data monitoring and expansion interface to achieve interconnection withintelligent field bus devices.
