Marine Energy-saving technology is a major way to alleviate the current energy nervous situation, and also is the research focus of shipbuilding and shipping industry. As the main electricity load of ship’s power grid, auxiliary engine excessive power consumption will inevitably influence on ship sailing ascension due to the ship carrying fuel limited, and lead to the shipping costs at the same time.Therefore, the energy saving technology is one of the effective ways of reducing energy consumption in auxiliary machine, promoting the ship endurance ability, reducing operating costs.In the situation of world energy increasingly nervous today,it is of great significance,ship power system floating Voltage and frequency energy-saving technology is a new type of energy-saving technique. This study based on the principel of the ship power system floating Voltage and frequency energy-saving technology,which discuss the feasibility and economic studies of the main electrical equipment in floating voltage and frequency energy-saving technology in detail.The ship power system floating voltage and frequency energy-saving controller that regulate the voltage and frequency of the ship power system, according to the value of the main shaft actual power. So the measurement of main shaft actual power is the key of energy saving controller design. The study designs a kind of non-contact testing apparatus on main shaft power, which based on MCU(AT89s52) as the core controller. Through the use of combinating technology between MCU and sensor, it design a kind of device which is suitable for marine main diesel engine effective power detection, and put the value into the part of voltage and frequency regulating by the conversion circuit to achieve the purpose of reducing voltage and frequency.Lastly, the study simply discuss the principel and function of the part of voltage and frequency regulating on the whole ship power system floating voltage and frequency energy-saving controller-saving controller.
