| In recent years, the development of higher education cause in China is booming. The rapid expending of enrollment scale and campus space depends on the educational aspirations of people, the personnel demand in social and economic development, and the strong push of government. At the same time, the teaching reform is deepening. In this context, the teaching resources in the majority colleges and universities are far from being able to meet their needs. The functions and the main structures cannot meet the needs of the current mode of teaching in the backdrop of energy conservation, ecology and sustainable development, especially in building energy efficiency, energy consumption and indoor environmental comfort. The old buildings, including the valuable buildings which record the history of the university development and carry much historical and cultural information, are removed without thinking rigorously in the process of campus construction. It is not only a great waste of resources, but also a violation of campus history and culture. In the strategy of campus construction, the best choice of sustainable development of university is protecting, updating and reusing the old buildings, the valuable old buildings in special.In my dissertation, by using the sustainable concept as a guide, the main strategy is mainly to propose the measures of transformation after the study of the system of building ventilation, the analyses of the current university construction status and problems.Firstly, according to the needs and the feasibility of the existing university buildings’ reformation, the purpose and significance of sustainable transformation of the existing university buildings are cleared after the studies of the backdrops of building status, the current sustainable transformation status and the related researches and materials. At the same time, the object of study and the scope of the transformation of existing buildings are defined.Secondly, from the study of higher education history and current status, the educational institutions and teaching mode which act as the inner power of university construction are summarized. The future trend has been summarized simultaneously. After above, the inner relationship of universities has been studied, this leads to the summary of inner influencing factors and the interaction law. From the study of the current problems of university campus construction and existing buildings, the methods, significances, value and feasibility of university buildings’ventilation transformation have been summarized and analyzed. At the same time, the sustainable transformation technologies has been summarized and studied.This dissertation mainly forces on the feasibility analysis and technology research of existing university buildings’ventilation in the north climate condition. From the study of ventilation potential, the process of ventilation has been designed; the technologies, principles and methods have been studied.Above all, the trend of sustainable ventilation transformation has been analyzed under the current statues. Sustainable ventilation transformation of existing university buildings is the inevitable result of social development. It is the most effective use of resources in the current status and the most important protection of orderly development and the quality of education.The sustainable ventilation transform is an important part of university construction. It is not only the full utilization of resources, but also the active protection and the effective inheritance of university history and culture. It can make the campus rejuvenated to serve the economic and social development better. |
