Along with frequency control level of progress,DC speed regulating system because ofthe high cost of maintenance has slowly out of the dominant position. AC speed controltechnology has become the main force of speed regulating system, AC motor have DC motorincomparable advantages.First, the maintenance cost is low.Second, AC speed controltechnology also has good dynamic and static characteristic、the wide speed range etc.Alongwith the emergence of speed regulating control algorithm,the prospect of AC speed regulatingsystem is limitless.The control algorithm of AC speed regulating system is variable, common algorithmconclude constant pressure frequency ,vector,direct torque etc.Vector control algorithm iswidely used in one of the algorithm, its principle is to imitate DC motor speed regulating way.First, introduces the composition of frequency converter, working principle, control mode.Expounds inverter circuit control circuit topology, and explanate the various parts of thefunctions and detailed.Second, combination of space vector algorithm based on a detailed analysis, lists theprimary vectors and switching time of the calculation process, based on Matlab to the use ofthe algorithm have the system is simulated, and the simulation results are analyzed. Throughthe simulation can be seen the algorithm can improve the utilization rate of voltage, reduceharmonic weight, reduce deterioration of the switch.Third, complete frequency controller hardware design. Hardware side, finish the designand build the frame the hardware,conclude rectifying section, filtering part, inverter part,protection circuit, driving circuit, detection circuit.Fourth, software side, expounded based on DSP as the core of the software design spacevector algorithm, and the magnetic flux,torque and speed of the ring design.Finally, the design of the control system was tested, experimental results showed that thecontrol system can realize development inverter, and prove the system running security andreliable.
