University project of engineering training practice teaching as an Training Project to the science and engineering college students,which is an important part of developing practice ability for college students.Training center provide students with a real practice opportunity by the way of simulating a real production shop environment by using actual processing equipment. With the attention of our Applied Talents and in order to meet the evolving training needs of teaching,all colleges and universities has increased their investment in equipment in the process of expanding the training scale.However, college engineering training equipment management system in terms of data collection are mostly taken the way of manual registration,and there are lots of information,generated in the training workshop can not be timely sent to the equipment decision-making level, resulting in the backwardness of the management decision-making.Only equipment accounting management, basic information records and maintenance records or some other modules are implemented in the equipment business management, large quantity of information that generated by the equipment can not been statistical analysis or evaluation effectively,or only a single performance of the equipment evaluation resulting in equipment evaluation and management of one-sided,which greatly reduces the equipment management initiative, scientific, and efficient real-time.This paper study on equipment manage system in the management system of university engineering training. Analyzed the development of equipment management,features and shortcomings of engineering training center equipment management,expand and improve the function in original ASP.NET-based equipment management system,according to the actual requirements.Focuses on the techniques of equipment operation real-time monitoring and comprehensive evaluation methods of equipment,for the shortcomings of the algorithm of equipment on-line monitor,personnel attendance,this paper give an improvement algorithm,and apply it to reality combined with RFID-based technology shop floor data collection terminals. Develop of multi-index comprehensive evaluation system for the engineering training equipment,standard the equipment indicators value by using a linear transformation, determining the equipment index weights by using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) methods, and get the final equipment evaluation score by using weighted score method. Finally,applied it to the ASP.NET-based web equipment management platform by programming.The system intended to apply to the equipment management module of the engineering training management system, which can meet the daily management needs of the training equipment management,after making improved the algorithm optimized the original lack,the rearch on equipment evaluation can give decision reference to the equipment maintenance arrangement,cource arrangement,equipment renovation and so on.So as to improve the training center equipment management efficiency, reduce idle time of equipment,improved equipment utilization.
