In this thesis, on the basis of the development and current status of tilting train at home and abroad, put forward overall scheme design of tilting bogie which is applicable to200km/h High-Speed EMU, focus on the key technologies of electric tilting train-tilting mechanism and tilting actuator doing some research. Taking ADAMS software and Matlab software simulation tools as the flatform, a parameterization dynamics model of the electric tilting train is built and the kinematics and dynamics performance of tilting mechanism is analyzed, the influence of each structural parameter on the performance of eclectic tilting train is studied. Multi-objective optimization design was used to determine the tilting mechanism structural parameter by ADAMS/Isight software. By introduction of linear weighting method, the multi-objective optimization problem was converted to the optimization problem of single objective. And finally get the optimal structural parameter of tilting mechanism which satisfies the eclectic tilting train’s tilting performance.This thesis in a view of direct driving type volume control electro-hydraulic servo actuator, to CRH5as a platform foundation, completed direct driving type volume control electro-hydraulic servo actuator scheme design. And then complete the scheme design and parametric studies for each part. The nonlinear mathematical model of direct drive volume control electro-hydraulic servo actuator was established in Matlab/Simulink software. Using electric hydraulic coupling system and vehicle dynamics joint simulation, and the static and dynamic characteristics of the electro-hydraulic actuator are analyzed. The simulation results show that the direct driving type volume control electro-hydraulic servo actuator can have fast response and the tracking is good.The results of the study show that, the design of tilting train bogie scheme is feasible, and the optimized tilting mechanism satisfies the performance requirements of tilting train very well. The design and simulation for the direct drive volume control electro-hydraulic servo actuator structure indicate that the direct drive volume control electro-hydraulic servo actuator has good qualification in dynamic performance and can meets capacity requirement in the tilting control system well. It is the development trend of the tilting train actuator.
