Research Of Tilting Control System Of Tilting Train

Nowadays, the railway department in our country has encountered many challenging difficulties. In our country, many railway lines which were built in mountainous area have heavy gradient and curves with small radius. In order to acquire economical benefit without investing too much, it is necessary to improve the train speed on existence lines. According to the principle analysis and the abroad condition, the development of the tilting train, designed by our own country, has been placed the first position on the way of the improvement of the train speed.The research of the tilting control system of the tilting train is the science and technology development item of the railway ministry. A control system based on MCS-51 single-machine is designed to match the characteristics of the tilting control system of the tilting train.In this paper, the development of the tilting train is presented and the principle of it is described. The function and principle of all components of the tilting control system, such as detection subsystem, dictation subsystem, communication subsystem and tilting control subsystem are illustrated in the paper.In the paper, the constitution of the tilting control system in the tilting train is discussed, as well as the design of the front access, the subsystems of interruption, resetting, saving, communication and debugging. At the end of the paper, the driver program, working in the basement and passing the debug of the whole control system successfully, is mentioned.The results show that this control system can meet the need of high processing speed and high precision, and it can provide high reliability.
